After more than 40 years in clinical practice, Dr. Ronan E. O’Malley, MD has made the decision to retire, effective June 1, 2020.
Dr. O’Malley has been a valued physician at Retina Consultants of Houston since 2011 and has been dedicated to helping preserve vision for his patients for more than 40 years. His passion for providing the best retina care possible has made an incredible impact not only in the Houston and Southeast Texas communities, but also throughout the entire country. He will be deeply missed.

We are aware that changing physicians can be difficult and we will do everything we can to make the transition as smooth as possible for you. Our scheduling team is available from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to schedule/reschedule any future appointments and to provide any additional information. Your medical records are safely on file at Retina Consultants of Houston. If you continue your care at RCH, you do not need to take any action regarding your records. We hope you’ll continue your care with us, but if you decide to transfer your records to another practice, our team will be happy to assist in this process.
