Dear Valued Patient,
We are writing to inform you that you will or have already received a letter from your insurance carrier advising you that your physician at Retina Consultants of Texas (RCTX) is no longer accepting your insurance. This is not accurate. There is no change in your access to care at RCTX. These letters are unfortunate and confusing to our patients.
Our team is in the process of updating our network contracts with many health insurance carriers.
