RCTX to Open New Flagship Clinic and Research Center in San Antonio

Retina Consultants of Texas is proud to announce that we will be relocating and expanding our retina center in San Antonio to a brand new space this March. The new location is less than a mile away from our current retina center off Huebner Road and will serve as our primary flagship retina clinic and research center in San Antonio.

Where is the new office located?

Our new clinic and research center will be located in the South Texas Medical Center off Huebner Road. The address is 21 Spurs Lane Suite 100, San Antonio Texas 78240. The new location will be open from Monday to Friday.

What does this mean for our clinic patients?

The new flagship clinic and research center will continue to offer exceptional retinal care to our patients but in a larger space with more resources. Not only is the new location bigger, but it also features more diagnostic equipment, which will allow us to treat patients faster and with greater efficiency. For our patients’ comfort and convenience, the new office will have larger waiting areas, more exam rooms, more parking, and a convenient drop-off area.

Most excitingly, the new clinic will have enhanced research capabilities, which will connect our patients to the latest and most advanced retinal treatment options currently in development.

Direction from I-10 W

Traveling West on I-10, take exit 560 toward Ramsgate Dr/Huebner Rd and merge onto Frontage Rd.
Turn left onto Huebner Rd.
Turn left onto Floyd Curl Dr.
Turn right at the sign for 21 Spurs Lane.

Direction from 1604 W /I-10 E

Traveling West on Loop TX-1604, take I-10 East exit toward San Antonio.
Keep left at the fork and merge onto I-10 East.
Take exit 560A toward Huebner Rd.
Turn right on Huebner.
Turn left onto Floyd Curl Dr.
Turn right at the sign for 21 Spurs Lane.

Direction from 1604 N/Bandera

Traveling North on West Loop 160, take Bandera exit.
Turn right on Bandera Rd.
Travel about 4.5 miles down Bandera Rd and take a left onto Huebner after the Whataburger (on the right).
Follow Huebner Rd for about 3 miles.
Turn right onto Floyd Curl Dr.
Turn right at the sign for 21 Spurs Lane.
